The services offered on this Site are entirely free for individuals, non-commercial natural persons.

c) Acceptance of general terms

Subscription to a contract governed by these general terms with the Publisher of this Site implies acceptance by the candidate user of all these general terms. The candidate user acknowledges having fully read them and waives their own general terms.

Acceptance of these general terms implies that candidate users have the necessary legal capacity, or failing that, they have the authorization of a guardian or curator if they are incapable, or their legal representative if they are minors.

2. Definitions

  • "Site": Website accessible at URL https://tourismegojobs.com,
  • "Publisher": The company HS Tunisia Go Travel in its capacity as the Publisher of the Site. The Publisher of the Site has received, from the owner of the Internet platform, the brand, and the domain name used by the Site, authorization to operate them,
  • "Candidate": Any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, registered on the Site,
  • "Company": Any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, registered on the Site as a professional and, if applicable, wishing to fill a position.

3. Code of Conduct

In the context of using the services offered on the Site, the candidate also agrees without any limit or reservation to:

  • use the services provided by the Publisher as a reasonable person,
  • not resort to using robot software or similar,
  • not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the service by other candidate Members,
  • respect the rights of third parties,
  • not use the Site's services for commercial purposes,
  • not disclose or disseminate partially or totally the information obtained through this Site to a third party, for any reason whatsoever,
  • respect all legislative or regulatory provisions in force,
  • not make racist statements, statements contrary to public order or morality, or violating any legislative or regulatory provision in force.

The use of the service by candidates will be under their sole and entire responsibility.

Internet users and Members can report to the Publisher any content, advertisement, or fact contrary to public order, morality, or any legislative or regulatory provision in force, particularly all types of content of a discriminatory nature, for which the Publisher reserves the right to carry out any checks, moderation, and reporting to the competent authorities.

Members remain, in all cases, responsible for the personal data contained in their account, on their profile, or exchanged in the context of using the services. They remain responsible for their actions committed in the context of using this service and are answerable for them before the competent courts.

Any breach of these general terms that has caused damage or constitutes a violation of regulatory or legislative provisions may be prosecuted directly against the candidate Member who thereby releases the Publisher of the service from any responsibility in this matter.

4. Candidate Account

a) Creating an account

Creating an account is an essential prerequisite for using the services offered on this Site and using the Member space.

To this end, the candidate will be invited to provide a certain number of personal information. The candidate Member undertakes to provide accurate information under penalty of deletion of their account. Some information will be deemed essential for the conclusion of the contract, and its collection will be essential for the creation of the account. A candidate Member's refusal to provide said information will prevent the creation of the account and, incidentally, the use of the services offered on this Site.

b) Operation

This account allows the candidate Member to create a profile in the form of a CV disseminated on the Site and to modify it, to apply for job offers, or to manage the follow-up of their applications.

If the account data were to disappear following a fortuitous event, a technical failure, or a case of force majeure, the responsibility of the Publisher of this Site could not be engaged, this information having no probative value but only an informative character. The Publisher undertakes, however, to securely keep all contractual elements whose conservation is required by law or regulation in force.

The Publisher reserves the exclusive right to delete the account of any candidate Member who has contravened these general terms (in particular but without this example having any exhaustive character, when the candidate Member will have knowingly provided erroneous information, during their registration and the constitution of their Member space). Said deletion will not be likely to constitute damage for the excluded candidate Member who cannot claim any compensation for this.

c) Password

When creating the account, the Member is invited to choose a password. This password constitutes the guarantee of the confidentiality of the information contained in their "My account" section, and the Member undertakes not to transmit or communicate it to a third party. Failing this, the Site cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to a Member's account.

5. Provisions Relating to the Publication of a Profile in the Form of a CV

a) General information

Candidates can create a profile in the form of a CV published on this Site. In this context, candidate Members will be able to provide a certain number of personal and professional information about themselves.

The information requested for the needs of the profile publication must be provided according to the titles of the form fields and the instructions that may be indicated.

Profiles are published on the Site. Nevertheless, it is expressly understood that the candidate Member, by deciding to subscribe to the services offered by the Publisher and by completing the form relating to their profile, acknowledges that this data may be published on this Site and disseminated to any Internet user, as well as on any other medium determined by the Publisher, in compliance with these conditions.

The mere act of providing this information and completing the fields of the profile creation form will constitute, for the candidate Member, their full and complete acceptance and an express manifestation of their willingness to publish said information on this Site as well as on any other medium determined by the Publisher, in compliance with these conditions.

b) Content

The Publisher disclaims all responsibility for the originality and sincerity of the profiles, relying on the good faith of candidate Members and on the manifest difficulty of carrying out checks in this matter. Nevertheless, if the team of moderators were to detect this kind of abuse, the Publisher authorizes itself to take the necessary measures of deletion or modification.

c) Deletion

It is expressly brought to the attention of candidate Members that they will have the ability to stop the dissemination of their profile. To do this, they must either go to their Member space to deactivate their CV from the CV library or request the deletion of their account and the termination of the services to the Publisher by using the contact form in their Member space. Any suspension of profile dissemination will be effective within a maximum period of 8 (eight) working days.

In the case where a candidate Member asserts their right to object to the storage and dissemination of their personal data, the Publisher will delete from the recruiter spaces their applications sent as well as their candidate profile purchased by the recruiter Members. Recruiter Members will also be invited to delete the personal data of the candidate Member, if applicable, in their possession.

d) Provisions Applicable to the Dissemination of CVs to Companies

Profiles are published on this Site. Nevertheless, the company may express the wish to see the entire CV of one or more candidate Members, in accordance with the general terms applicable to them. The CVs transmitted by the Publisher will be for the sole destination of the recruiter Members. These are prohibited from publishing, sharing, copying, duplicating, or reproducing by any means whatsoever and on all media, free of charge or for commercial purposes, the total or partial content of these CVs, under penalty of legal proceedings from both the holder of said CV and the Publisher of this Site.

7. Personal Data

a) General information -- Purpose -- Duration

Internet users have the free faculty to provide personal information about themselves. The provision of personal information is not essential for browsing the Site. However, registration on this Site and the use of the services offered there implies the collection, by the Publisher, of a certain number of personal information concerning candidate Internet users. Candidate Internet users who do not wish to provide the information necessary for the creation of an account will not be able to use the services offered by the Publisher of this Site and therefore apply for job offers or be contacted by recruiter Members.

The data collected is necessary for the proper administration of the services offered on this Site as well as for the respect of its contractual obligations by the Publisher. This data is kept by the Publisher in this sole capacity, and the Publisher undertakes not to use it in another context, nor to transmit it to third parties, except with the express agreement of the Members or cases provided for by law.

b) Right of access, rectification, and opposition

In accordance with the legislation in force relating to the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data,

  • candidate Members have a right of access and rectification of the data they have provided. For this, they simply need to access their Member space,
  • candidate Members have a right of opposition and interrogation of the data they have provided. For this, they simply need to make the request to the Publisher of this Site using the contact form in their Member space,
  • candidate Members may also, for legitimate reasons, object without cost to the processing of data concerning them.

Personal data collected on this Site http://tourismegojobs.com is subject to computer processing and is exclusively reserved for the Publisher and recruiter Members of this Site.

8. Mentions Relating to the Collection of "Cookies"

a) General information -- Purpose -- Duration

To allow all Internet users optimal navigation on this Site as well as better functioning of the different interfaces and applications, the Publisher may proceed with the implantation of a cookie on the Internet user's computer. This cookie allows to store information relating to navigation on the Site (date, page, hours) as well as to any data entered by the Members during their visit (searches, login, email, password). These cookies are intended to be kept on the Internet user's computer for a variable period of up to 1 (one) year, and may be read and used by the Publisher during a subsequent visit of the Internet user to this Site.

In case of impossibility to access or use the Site, due to technical problems or of any nature, the Member cannot claim a damage and cannot claim any compensation.

The services provided by the Publisher free of charge are not subject to any obligation, Members will thus not be able to claim the granting of any compensation for this fact, whatever the alleged prejudice.

A restriction of use of the services may also occur at the simple diligence of the Publisher and as a sanction, in the cases defined in these general terms, and in particular in case of attitude contrary to public order, morality, legislative or regulatory provisions in force and until regularization of said violation by the Member. This restriction cannot give rise to the granting of any compensation to the recruiter Member who cannot in any case consider this restriction as causing them prejudice of any nature whatsoever. This restriction of access is not exclusive for the Publisher to exercise any other mode of sanction, as defined in these general terms.

The Publisher reserves the exclusive right to delete the account of any Member who has contravened these general terms, in particular, but without this example having any exhaustive character, when the Member has knowingly provided erroneous information during the creation of the account. Said deletion will not be likely to constitute damage for the excluded Member who cannot claim any compensation or any refund for this. The Publisher will not have to respect any notice or formality if not the notification of the termination to the Member, by electronic means.

Member profiles, CVs, advertisements, and advertisements are published under the full and entire responsibility of their authors.

It is expressly brought to the attention of Members that the Publisher does not guarantee in any way the accuracy of the data contained in their profiles, CVs, advertisements, and advertisements published on the Site. It is therefore up to any interested person to ensure the accuracy of all this data prior to any contact. Similarly, the Publisher will not intervene in the relationship established between Members and does not guarantee in any way to recruiter Members the effective hiring of the candidate, if applicable, coveted. In addition, Members respond alone and without reservation to all actions brought against the Publisher, due to the publication of profiles, CVs, advertisements, announcements, or the recruitment process, which reserves the right to call any Member in guarantee.

Hyperlinks present on this Site may refer to other Internet sites and the responsibility of the Publisher of this Site cannot be engaged if the content of these sites contravenes the legislation in force. Similarly, the responsibility of the Publisher of this Site cannot be engaged if the visit, by the Internet user, of one of these sites, causes them a prejudice.

10. Intellectual Property Rights Relating to Elements Published on this Site

This Website and all of its content, including texts, images, databases, programs, etc., is protected by copyright.

All elements constituting this Site belong to the Publisher or are the subject of an operating authorization granted to the Publisher by the owner of the Internet platform, the brand, and the domain name used by the Site, and are protected by legislation relating to intellectual property.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdictions

These general terms are subject to the application of Tunisian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in whose jurisdiction the Publisher has its registered office.

13. Amicable Settlement of Disputes

Except for provisions of public order, all disputes that could arise in the context of the execution of these general terms may before any judicial action be submitted to the appreciation of the Publisher of the Site with a view to an amicable settlement. It is expressly recalled that requests for amicable settlement do not suspend the deadlines open to bring judicial actions.
